Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, demonstrating deep proficiency in writing Python code.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical field.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Generative AI tools and an AI-first approach.
- Extensive experience with statistical analysis in enterprise or research environments.
- Expertise in querying databases and using the Python data analysis and visualization stack (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, Plotly, Matplotlib, etc.).
- Experience using monitoring and visualization tools (such as Grafana or Redash).
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex research tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end research to create and improve our core-data algorithms.
- Leverage Generative AI tools for deep research, data analysis, and coding to accelerate insights.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Write Python code to extract and analyze data from various sources.
- Maintain and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Visualize findings, use data storytelling, and document research.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
