Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years project management experience in large construction projects.
- Minimum 1 year exposure to the solar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
- Strong financial acumen and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- PMP certification (highly preferred).
- OSHA 30hr certification (preferred).
- Experience with piping system commissioning (plus).
Responsibilities
- Lead Project Execution as single point of accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive all deliverables to completion and coordinate between multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor project financials to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Serve as primary contact for client communication and transparency.
- Provide clear progress updates and KPIs to clients.
- Manage scope adjustments while safeguarding project integrity.
- Implement standardized processes and monitor regulatory, safety, and sustainability compliance.
- Identify potential risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
