Requirements
- Significant work experience in a digital environment
- Operational experience with processes covering multiple countries
- Experience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing vendors and partners
- Ability to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countries
- Good analytical skills, ability to map processes
- Team player who works independently
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety (preferred)
- Experience working remotely (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute solutions for Occupational Health and Safety matters with minimal supervision across multiple jurisdictions.
- Serve as an internal point of contact for routine and non-routine OHS questions.
- Manage the relationship and deliverables of current OHS vendors, training partners, and health centers.
- Monitor vendor performance through comprehensive assessments and consistent feedback.
- Lead the team’s engagement with employees regarding health assessment and safety training needs.
- Coordinate and execute country Occupational Health and Safety internal audits.
- Identify, develop, and recommend improvements to existing Occupational Health and Safety procedures and practices.
- Partner with the People and Legal teams to draft and develop Health and Safety policies.
- Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information.
