Requirements
- At least 1 year of fully remote work experience.
- Experience working on a big SaaS platform and distributed systems (scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA).
- Professional experience with Golang.
- Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet).
- Experience participating in blameless incident response and writing post-incident reviews.
- Proven ability to deliver projects from requirements gathering to shipping in a self-driven way.
- Experience writing clean, robust, well-tested software.
- Ability to work across teams and communicate plans transparently.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate reconciliation systems to track and repair stack state.
- Collaborate across internal services to ensure lifecycle workflows remain resilient.
- Manage rollout mechanisms for plugins, dashboards, and stack-level configuration.
- Support new region and cluster rollouts and associated operational paths.
- Improve incident response and recovery procedures for stack misalignment.
- Partner with Product and Infrastructure teams on stack lifecycle work.
- Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, and OnCall improvements.
- Help own production behavior, including runbooks, alerts, and reconciliation safety.
