Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of business operations and internal processes to ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review documentation, workflows, and procedures to verify alignment with the organization’s compliance program standards.
- Process and support insurance audit requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and successful resolution outcomes.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in operational processes and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate audit records, reports, and documentation of findings for internal tracking and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve compliance issues, and support corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening compliance frameworks and operational efficiency.
