Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in HR, compliance, risk management, or governance roles.
- Experience within large or global organizations.
- Strong experience leading enterprise-level risk and compliance programs.
- Oversight responsibilities across multiple regions or functions.
- Deep understanding of HR operations, policy frameworks, and regulatory compliance environments.
- Proven ability to design governance structures, control frameworks, and scalable compliance programs.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing teams and global initiatives.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience advising senior executives.
- Strong program management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global HR risk and compliance strategy, including governance model, operating framework, and long-term roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Provide enterprise-level oversight of HR risk posture, compliance performance, and policy governance.
- Design and implement global governance standards and control frameworks.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate HR operational risks.
- Lead global HR policy lifecycle management.
- Develop and enhance global HR risk and compliance programs for scalability and efficiency.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable HR guidance.
- Lead HR Centers of Excellence for immigration, background checks, workers’ compensation, and records retention.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leadership.
