Experience with monthly closing routines and financial performance monitoring.
Knowledge of process automation and interest in AI-driven applications within finance environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work autonomously in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Manage and monitor the P&L performance of business units, ensuring visibility into financial results and operational performance.
Conduct monthly closing analyses, comparing actual results against forecasts and budget expectations.
Analyze revenue, cost, and expense variations, identifying financial deviations, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with business and corporate teams to consolidate financial information and support strategic alignment across departments.
Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial review processes with accurate and timely insights.
Ensure consistency, reliability, and accuracy of financial data and reporting processes.
Optimize and automate financial reports and workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Contribute to initiatives related to automation tools and AI applications within finance operations.
