Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance with focus on data integrity, regression, and integration testing.
  • Strong SQL skills (MS SQL Server) for querying, data validation, and analysis.
  • 2–4 years of experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.
  • 2–3 years of experience working with .NET, Angular, SQL, or related technical environments.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to healthcare data concepts (medical, pharmacy, eligibility, lab data, HEDIS, 5-Star, or QRS reporting preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in remote, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance a robust quality assurance program focused on data accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
  • Define and enforce QA policies, procedures, and best practices for validating client-facing data products.
  • Design and execute automated and manual test strategies for web and non-web applications using modern QA tools.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams on new implementations, regression testing, and production releases.
  • Create and maintain acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and automation scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing QA processes and expanding test automation capabilities.
