Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or data roles
- Experience within SaaS, marketplaces, payments, or high-growth tech environments
- Advanced SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred)
- Strong Python skills
- Hands-on experience with dbt in production environments
- Proven experience creating executive-facing reports and dashboards
- Strong understanding of product analytics and SaaS growth metrics
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or Power BI
- Excellent communication and editorial skills
- Working knowledge of privacy-aware analytics and k-anonymity concepts
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish recurring external and internal insight reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Analyze merchant, consumer, and product data to identify ecosystem trends and growth opportunities
- Build deep customer understanding across demand patterns, pricing, and lifecycle behavior
- Define merchant segmentation frameworks, benchmarking models, and outlier detection
- Monitor and analyze operational and industry dynamics
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to develop data-driven narratives
- Deliver executive-ready presentations with recommendations and business impact analysis
- Ensure privacy-safe data practices through aggregation standards and compliance controls
