Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in reverse logistics, service engineering, maintenance engineering, or similar technical domains.
  • At least 5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of reverse logistics processes including repair, refurbishment, asset disposition, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience applying data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Power BI to generate actionable insights.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical projects and external vendors or service partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to root cause analysis and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (20–30%).

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical initiatives across the full reverse logistics lifecycle, including triage, diagnostics, repair, rebuilding, and refurbishment of aviation and delivery assets.
  • Design and optimize scalable processes and standards to improve quality control, operational efficiency, and asset recovery performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as engineering, manufacturing, and external service providers to enhance end-to-end reverse logistics flows.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including repair guides, troubleshooting frameworks, and training materials.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support vendor and partner management to ensure consistent technical quality and service delivery.
