Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- At least 5 years leading and developing product teams in SaaS environments.
- Proven success delivering AI/ML-powered product capabilities, including generative AI or intelligent automation features.
- Strong background in product strategy, roadmap development, customer discovery, and Agile/SAFe product delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and security principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of SaaS solutions.
- Drive AI-first product innovation by delivering intelligent, data-driven capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to manage product execution through Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to product performance, customer engagement, monetization, and growth.
- Lead customer discovery initiatives, gather market insights, and validate product opportunities.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team.
- Ensure product trustworthiness through strong governance practices related to compliance, security, and data management.
- Contribute thought leadership around industry trends and AI adoption.
