Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Significant exposure to CRO environments and therapeutic area marketing.
- Experience developing and executing customer-facing marketing initiatives within autoimmune, clinical research, or FSP-related services.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, content development, event management, and omnichannel campaign execution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex scientific or technical concepts into compelling messaging.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing complex projects and mentoring teams.
- Strong proficiency with project management methodologies, performance tracking, and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on autoimmune therapeutic services, clinical FSP offerings, and broader CRO solutions.
- Develop compelling messaging frameworks, content strategies, and omnichannel campaigns across digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, operational, medical, and scientific stakeholders to create impactful thought leadership content.
- Drive the development of sales enablement materials and support lead generation initiatives.
- Manage conference and event strategies end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, logistics, and analysis.
- Deliver monthly reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to departmental strategy.
