- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels and regions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and execute transformation initiatives in evolving environments.
- Strategic mindset combined with operational execution skills and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of global marketing capability-building initiatives, including onboarding programs, leadership development pathways, and long-term talent strategies.
- Build and manage a comprehensive marketing learning ecosystem, including live training, self-paced learning, regional enablement programs, and digital learning experiences.
- Oversee the implementation and evolution of marketing competency frameworks, career pathways, hiring support tools, and recruitment strategies to strengthen marketing talent across the organization.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and regional teams to align learning and development initiatives with broader commercial and organizational goals.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.
- Drive organizational change initiatives by introducing scalable learning solutions and promoting marketing excellence best practices globally.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by evaluating program effectiveness, engagement, and long-term impact on business performance.
