Requirements

- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with subject matter experts, including clinical or research teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to improve content workflows and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of content marketing best practices, audience engagement, and digital communication strategies.
- Ability to analyze content performance and optimize campaigns based on insights and data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals and audience needs.
- Establish editorial standards, brand voice guidelines, and scalable workflows to improve content quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain a strategic content calendar across newsletters, social media, whitepapers, and other digital channels.
- Create, edit, and optimize compelling healthcare-focused content that educates, informs, and engages both consumer and business audiences.
- Own newsletter strategy and performance, continuously improving engagement metrics and conversion outcomes.
- Expand and strengthen social media presence to increase brand awareness and inbound interest.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, research, and leadership teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor content performance analytics and implement data-driven improvements to messaging, formats, and channel effectiveness.
