- Experience
- 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience
Requirements
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.
- Active medical license (multi-state preferred).
- 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience (urgent care, ER, primary care, or generalist mix).
- Comfort working in a fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based modality.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week.
- Availability for up to 2 evening shifts and 2 weekend shifts per month.
Responsibilities
- Practice AI-paired medicine across acute, primary, and longevity care.
- Diagnose, treat, triage, and follow up with patients via messaging.
- Utilize AI tools to prep history and draft messages while maintaining clinical judgment.
- Maintain high standards for clinical reasoning and patient safety.
- Collaborate with CMO and VP on clinical guidelines and systems.
- Mentor newer clinicians.
- Provide product feedback to help refine clinical software tools.
