Requirements
- 12+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, and AI solutions.
- Demonstrable ability to design and deliver complex, enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions.
- Proven experience in pre-sales and deal shaping with client-facing solution leadership.
- Experience balancing hands-on delivery with practice or portfolio leadership.
- Executive-level communication skills.
- Deep practical experience with modern data platforms and architectures.
- Expertise in AI/ML and GenAI delivery in production environments.
- Experience with public cloud ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the UK Data & AI consulting practice.
- Shape go-to-market strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive practice financial performance.
- Lead pre-sales, technical discovery, and architecture definition for complex opportunities.
- Serve in active delivery roles (Data Architect, Engagement Lead, or Delivery Sponsor).
- Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders to build transformation roadmaps.
- Drive practice growth, pipeline, revenue, and margin targets.
- Collaborate with the global practice to align standards and scale delivery.
- Mentor and develop data and AI practitioners.
- Set technical direction and serve as a technical escalation point.
