Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- At least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Advanced SQL skills with Snowflake optimization experience.
- Extensive experience modeling Salesforce data.
- Hands-on experience building/maintaining dbt models in production.
- Proficiency with Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, and Segment.
- Experience managing BI reporting in Metabase or comparable platforms.
- Track record of presenting executive-level analytics to C-suite.
- Experience managing and scaling high-impact technical teams.
- Background in SaaS or technology companies with complex data environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core dbt models across finance, product, sales, and customer success.
- Manage and evolve enterprise analytics and reporting infrastructure.
- Proactively identify analytical gaps and build reporting solutions.
- Lead technical administration for BI platforms including Metabase and Heap.
- Define and maintain a self-serve analytics framework.
- Deliver board-level data models and reporting for senior leadership.
- Support M&A due diligence, data separation, and migration efforts.
- Drive data governance, quality standards, and audit compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and engineering.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a high-impact technical team.
