Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced business degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in Trade Relations/Channel Strategy and/or Patient Services and Support.
- Deep expertise in specialty pharmaceutical supply chain and patient services program strategy.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with wholesaler distribution service agreements.
- Experience building and employing a high-performance specialty pharmacy distribution network.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to large and small audiences.
- Experience with Specialty products or Immunology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead Apogee’s enterprise channel strategy across wholesale, specialty distribution, and specialty pharmacy networks.
- Design and implement a high-performing specialty pharmacy network, including selection criteria and performance management.
- Negotiate, contract, and manage wholesalers, specialty distributors, and specialty pharmacies.
- Build and lead a comprehensive patient support program including hub services, benefits investigation, and co-pay assistance.
- Build and lead a team of Formulary Reimbursement Managers.
- Ensure network readiness for product launch including data integration and patient onboarding.
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Legal teams.
- Provide input into forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
