Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, KYC, or compliance.
  • Background in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto.
  • Experience handling customer interactions in a high-pressure support environment.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML and customer due diligence processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong risk awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work within Asia time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify customer onboarding applications to ensure full compliance with internal KYC/AML standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Authenticate customer-submitted documents with meticulous attention to detail before processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the customer database.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries across email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Monitor customer activity for red flags and escalate suspicious behavior.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of KYC/AML policies and internal controls.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to improve workflows.
