Requirements

- Quiet home office workspace with ability to be on-camera.

- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage virtual lobby environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, email, and chat.
- Schedule appointments and route correspondence to appropriate team members.
- Manage and update call queues and CRM task assignments.
- Maintain office calendars and accurate customer data logs.
- Facilitate customer intake and build templated account information.
- Monitor system status to ensure timely service delivery.
- Prioritize and assist at-risk or urgent customer needs.
- Gather customer reviews and experience ratings.
- Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing product training.
