Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and manage virtual lobby environment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, email, and chat.
  • Schedule appointments and route correspondence to appropriate team members.
  • Manage and update call queues and CRM task assignments.
  • Maintain office calendars and accurate customer data logs.
  • Facilitate customer intake and build templated account information.
  • Monitor system status to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Prioritize and assist at-risk or urgent customer needs.
  • Gather customer reviews and experience ratings.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing product training.
