Responsibilities

  • Handle approximately 500–600 tickets per week
  • Handle escalated or complex issues requiring cross-team coordination
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain deep knowledge of platform tools, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Product, and Legal departments
  • Support initiatives to improve therapist engagement and retention
