Requirements

- Experience delivering email, chat, and phone support

- Skilled in handling escalated inquiries
- Strong judgment and problem-solving ability
- Adaptable and proactive
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 500–600 tickets per week
- Handle escalated or complex issues requiring cross-team coordination
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Maintain deep knowledge of platform tools, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with Clinical, Product, and Legal departments
- Support initiatives to improve therapist engagement and retention
