Requirements
- 8 years in procurement analytics, spend analysis, supply chain reporting, or a closely adjacent Finance/BI role
- Demonstrated experience building savings trackers, vendor scorecards, and spend analytics from scratch
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot models, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays)
- SQL proficiency (comfortable writing and optimizing queries against ERP and P2P data)
- Experience with Tableau
- Prior exposure to a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Experience presenting to senior leadership (CFO, COO, VP level)
- Track record of working across Finance, Legal, IT, and business functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering is a plus
- Experience working in a global organization
Responsibilities
- Track and report procurement savings across categories and initiatives
- Build and maintain spend dashboards and recurring reports across IT/SaaS, Corp Services, and other categories
- Produce monthly and quarterly spend summaries with variance analysis and pipeline estimates
- Design and operationalize a vendor performance scorecard framework
- Prepare data packages for quarterly business reviews with Tier 1 vendors
- Build and maintain category taxonomy and spend classification
- Analyze PO patterns and requisition volumes to identify process inefficiencies
- Own the procurement analytics layer in BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Provide procurement accruals data and support month-end close
