Requirements
- 5-8 years professional experience in relevant technology.
- Deep expertise in developing end-to-end test frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Experience with Appium for mobile testing (iOS and Android).
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Ability to build a test automation framework from scratch.
- Experience presenting to client stakeholders.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
- Strong understanding of business outcomes impact.
Responsibilities
- Enhance team's capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint.
- Perform automated and API testing for complex applications.
- Locate and document edge cases and assess risks.
- Advance best practices and mentor junior team members.
- Serve as a technical SME in the sprint to guide development.
- Conduct recruiting interviews and analyze candidates.
- Present testing plans, metrics, and insights to client stakeholders.
