Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technology and projects
- Deep expertise in end-to-end test frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, and/or Selenium
- Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python
- Experience with Appium for iOS and Android mobile testing
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps)
- Experience setting up a test automation framework from scratch
- Experience presenting to client stakeholders
- Experience with coaching and mentoring through code reviews
- Demonstrable ability to articulate business outcomes
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Enhance the team’s capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint
- Cultivate Core Values within the project and QA assurance teams
- Perform automated testing and API testing for complex applications
- Document edge cases and propose modifications to acceptance criteria
- Mentor peers and junior team members
- Serve as a technical SME to prioritize testing efforts
- Conduct recruiting interviews and evaluate candidates
- Present testing plans, metrics, and insights during sprint reviews
