- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Active, non-restricted compact state nursing license.
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- 1–2 years of experience in a remote healthcare or telehealth setting.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- Demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote patient care and support through telehealth platforms.
- Conduct virtual patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and current symptoms.
- Accurately assess and document patient conditions, histories, and care interactions.
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, medication adherence, and self-care practices.
- Work closely with other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
- Stay up to date with medical advancements, telehealth protocols, and best practices.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and effective communication in all patient interactions.
