Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience within a technology environment
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects
- Demonstrable hands-on experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, and cost control (3+ years)
- Demonstrable experience identifying, managing, and mitigating project and delivery risks (3+ years)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to manage competing priorities
- Experience working closely with technical teams
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, structured, and adaptable environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience leading projects with clear ownership and accountability
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from planning through to execution and completion
- Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal utilisation of teams and delivery timelines
- Own and manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking costs, identifying financial risks, and ensuring projects remain commercially on track
- Identify, assess, and actively manage delivery and operational risks across multiple projects
- Manage change control processes, ensuring scope changes are documented, assessed, and communicated clearly
- Maintain clear and consistent stakeholder communication regarding progress, risks, and timelines
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive proactive problem-solving and manage changing priorities
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and commercial objectives
- Monitor project performance and drive accountability
