Requirements
- 8-10+ years in software engineering with specialized track record in deploying production-grade AI systems.
- Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), neural networks, and computer vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
- Significant experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Operational experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
- Understanding of Basel II/III, CRR3, and EBA guidelines for machine learning in credit risk.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related quantitative field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct design and implementation of advanced machine learning models and generative AI pipelines.
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure, including MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for production systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, setting technical standards and conducting code reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Implement 'secure-by-design' methodologies for ethical and regulatory compliance.
- Lead technical validation of models within AIRB frameworks for Basel III regulatory standards.
- Maintain model inventory, including version history, data lineage, and review documentation.
- Lead internal audits for algorithmic bias and LLM hallucinations.
- Act as technical lead in client steering meetings, managing SLAs and performance tracking.
- Author technical whitepapers and model cards for client transparency.
