Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building complex, data-intensive full-stack systems.
- 5+ years scaling production-grade services using Node.js, GraphQL, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to codify performance best practices and drive code-level improvements.
- Experience designing large-scale asynchronous systems using streaming, queuing, and caching.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Vespa).
- Cloud-native development experience within AWS or GCP.
- Working knowledge of Python or Java/Spring.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence engineering direction.
- Prior experience at global technology companies or high-growth product organizations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Architectural Anchor for integrating AI into the product fabric.
- Research, prototype, and deploy cutting-edge solutions using LLMs and frontend technologies.
- Design frontend architecture capable of rendering insights from millions of documents with sub-second latency.
- Bridge the gap between complex AI services and end-user interfaces.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies.
- Lead seamless integration and optimization of intelligent features across the platform.
- Act as a technical mentor and thought leader for the engineering team.
- Drive mission-critical initiatives to production.
