Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in QA Automation.
- Hands-on expertise in Playwright (with AI SDK), Provar, and/or Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Python.
- Experience with REST Assured, JMeter/K6, JUnit/TestNG, Cucumber, Maven.
- Proven experience with Salesforce QA automation implementations.
- Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience testing AWS Connect, Service Cloud Voice, and IVR systems.
- Knowledge of Agentforce and Generative AI testing.
- Ability to build automation frameworks from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Own the full QA lifecycle from test planning to defect management.
- Design and build automation frameworks from scratch.
- Perform web, API, voice, and chat-based Salesforce automation testing.
- Coordinate testing activities across Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid models.
- Develop reusable test assets and regression suites.
- Manage requirement traceability using Zephyr, TestRail, or X-Ray.
- Participate in SIT and UAT defect triage and provide customer guidance.
- Utilize Generative AI tools to optimize QA processes.
- Lead user story clarification sessions with stakeholders.
