Requirements
- 8 - 12 years total experience.
- 5+ years focused on Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, and/or Experience Cloud).
- 4 - 6 years working with manufacturing organizations.
- Proven track record leading 2–3 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
- Experience delivering Salesforce in ERP-integrated enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Strong functional expertise in Sales and Service Clouds.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring junior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with manufacturing clients to understand strategy and KPIs.
- Design CRM transformation roadmaps and redesign business processes aligned to Salesforce best practices.
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Define data models, security models, and integration patterns with ERP systems.
- Lead Salesforce demos and contribute to proposals and RFP defenses.
- Advise on CRM governance and operating models.
- Serve as design authority for projects and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Support UAT planning and go-live readiness assessment.
