Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
- 6+ years of experience in commercial execution, field operations, or launch management.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar complex environments.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver outcomes in multi-stakeholder, matrixed environments.
- Experience working within structured governance and clear decision frameworks.
- Strong judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to turn execution insights into clear actions.
- Confidence operating in visible, change-intensive settings.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution for assigned Therapeutic Area(s), spanning steady-state operations, launches, and enterprise change initiatives.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for field execution once initiatives go live.
- Monitor execution health and assess field readiness as initiatives move into operation.
- Translate execution health signals into informed decisions and corrective actions.
- Proactively identify risks and navigate timely escalation and resolution.
- Partner with planning and enablement teams to ensure tools, training, and processes are in place.
- Act as the primary execution partner to Therapeutic Area leadership.
- Capture insights and lessons learned to strengthen FOPE standards.
