Requirements

  • High school diploma with 5 years experience in HR/ER field.
  • Alternative: Degree/certification with 3 years experience.
  • Alternative: 7 years experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Basic knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
  • Basic knowledge of union avoidance principles.
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Workday or ServiceNow (preferred).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize, disposition, and assign cases to ERBPs in the case management system.
  • Coach and advise employees and managers on ER policies and guidelines.
  • Manage intake, documentation, and closure of hotline matters.
  • Assist with information gathering and documentation for legal complaints.
  • Own and manage Tier 1 employee relations matters.
  • Utilize Workday and ServiceNow to research and document case info.
  • Prepare data-related reports for management highlighting trends.
  • Monitor team mailboxes and maintain ER team calendars/MS Teams channels.
