Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience in Employee Relations, Accommodations, or Leave of Absence
- Experience interpreting and ensuring human resources regulatory compliance
- One (1) year of experience in high volume, complex case management
- Thorough knowledge of disability management and return-to-work strategies
- Knowledge of religious accommodation laws and related HR compliance regulations
- Thorough knowledge of Federal and State HR regulations, especially ADA
Responsibilities
- Supports end-to-end business process design, implementation, and improvement of standardized policies and processes.
- Performs timely and comprehensive end-to-end case management by engaging in the interactive process with applicants and employees.
- Coordinates with employees, managers, HR Partners, Legal, Benefits, payroll and Leave teams to resolve issues.
- Manages, communicates, and trains leaders and HR team to develop competency and awareness.
- Facilitates reasonable accommodations trainings and deploy resources for leaders and HR team.
- Maintains information to track and ensure accurate and timely case management.
