Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience in Employee Relations, Accommodations, or Leave of Absence
  • Experience interpreting and ensuring human resources regulatory compliance
  • One (1) year of experience in high volume, complex case management
  • Thorough knowledge of disability management and return-to-work strategies
  • Knowledge of religious accommodation laws and related HR compliance regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of Federal and State HR regulations, especially ADA

Responsibilities

  • Supports end-to-end business process design, implementation, and improvement of standardized policies and processes.
  • Performs timely and comprehensive end-to-end case management by engaging in the interactive process with applicants and employees.
  • Coordinates with employees, managers, HR Partners, Legal, Benefits, payroll and Leave teams to resolve issues.
  • Manages, communicates, and trains leaders and HR team to develop competency and awareness.
  • Facilitates reasonable accommodations trainings and deploy resources for leaders and HR team.
  • Maintains information to track and ensure accurate and timely case management.
