- Proven experience doing outbound business development (calls + email) with professional clients (AEC, engineering, construction, or similar).
- Comfortable initiating conversations with senior professionals without scripts.
- Able to run own tracking system and follow-up cadence without supervision.
- Organized to the level of documenting conversations, insights, and next steps consistently.
- Able to write clear, professional emails that sound like an executive.
- Comfortable asking direct questions.
- Able to operate in ambiguity and build structure where none exists.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild and run a business development engine.
- Reopen dormant relationships with architects and developers.
- Initiate new conversations with relevant firms.
- Maintain a disciplined outreach cadence.
- Capture and document market feedback.
