Requirements
- Advanced degree in science (PhD, PharmD, or MD)
- CMPP certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience with medical publications
- Experience with manuscripts, posters, abstracts, and podium presentations
- Experience with scientific platforms and publication extenders
- Working knowledge of AMA style
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines (ICMJE, GPP2022)
- Oncology experience required
- CAR T experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and oversee scientific content for assigned accounts.
- Provide clients with strategic medical communication recommendations.
- Independently lead execution of content development activities.
- Supervise Associate Scientific Directors.
- Liaise with in-house and freelance staff.
- Manage content-related tasks like background research and data-checking.
- Ensure reference annotation and accuracy of deliverables.
