Requirements
- Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
- 7+ years of experience in medical publications.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Experience with professional medical editorial processes (AMA style).
- Working knowledge of ethical guidelines (ICMJE, GPP2022).
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and oversee scientific content for assigned accounts.
- Provide clients with strategic medical communication recommendations.
- Independently lead the execution of content development activities.
- Supervise Associate Scientific Directors.
- Liaise with in-house or freelance staff to manage writing tasks.
- Conduct background research, data-checking, and reference annotation.
