Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in hospital-based HR operations including employee experience initiatives.
- Expertise in workforce engagement and employee experience data.
- Experience leading large-scale process improvement and implementation.
- Direct experience with healthcare consulting implementation strategies.
- Strong project management experience.
- Excellent analytical skills (quantitative, qualitative, conceptual).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality consulting engagements aligned to Press Ganey methodologies.
- Lead and support engagement teams, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
- Take ownership of project outcomes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver presentations, analyses, and insights.
- Ensure consistent delivery quality across workforce-related consulting efforts.
- Support knowledge transfer and client capability-building.
- Serve as primary client contact for assigned workstreams.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive leaders.
- Identify client needs and opportunities for expanded engagement.
