Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch.
- Preferably good knowledge of English.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

- Willingness to live and work in Greece.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to phone brand customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to products and services.
- Assist in resolving customer problems and provide quick and effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to maximize customer satisfaction and improve processes.
