Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ERP consulting and project management, with demonstrated experience leading implementations for NetSuite and/or Workday.
- Proven experience managing complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations in a consulting environment.
- Strong project management expertise, including development of work breakdown structures, project plans, and resource forecasting (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, including data migrations, integrations, reporting, and system customizations.
- Experience contributing to or leading solution architecture for ERP implementations.
- Experience leading large, distributed teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Excellent client management and executive communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior client-facing leader responsible for the successful delivery of ERP implementations, with a focus on NetSuite and Workday solutions.
- Lead and direct cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; proactively track availability and optimize utilization across engagements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management plans and escalation strategies.
- Drive project governance, including status reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-level communication on project health and outcomes.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to guide clients through complex ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives.
- Act as a Solution Architect on select engagements, leading solution design for NetSuite and Workday implementations.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define end-to-end system architecture, integrations, and data strategy.
- Provide strategic guidance on system design trade-offs, scalability, and long-term maintainability of ERP solutions.
