Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, product delivery, or professional services leadership.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams.
- Proven success leading enterprise implementations in regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of life sciences commercial compliance (e.g., CMS Open Payments, EFPIA).
- Experience overseeing system integrations and data migrations in cloud-based environments.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Executive presence and influencing skills.
- Strong operational rigor and structured governance mindset.
- Financial acumen related to project budgets and resource utilization.
Responsibilities
- Refine Commercial Compliance implementation methodology and governance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Implementation Leads, Project Managers, and configuration specialists.
- Conduct workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor delivery KPIs including project completion, budget adherence, and utilization.
- Serve as executive escalation point for high-risk implementations.
- Align implementation readiness with product roadmaps and regulatory updates.
- Oversee integration with ERP, Concur, CRM, and S2P systems.
- Maintain implementation playbooks and drive continuous improvement.
