- Ability to adapt quickly to new software and changing business requirements.
- Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing team members.
- Expertise in building out new service capabilities for growth and global reach.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools.
- Ensure projects and deliverables are completed on-time and within budget.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Ops to align resources with demand.
- Act as a customer advocate and respond to customer needs.
- Report on staffing, utilization, project health, and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain skill profiles for the Professional Services team.
- Estimate and forecast monthly delivery revenue.
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings and deliver customer presentations.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones.
