Requirements

- Knowledge of cloud-native development and event-driven architecture.

- Strong grasp of YAGNI principles and incremental design.
- Ability to work with distributed systems and observability tooling.
- Strong communication and feedback-driven mindset.
- Problem-solving skills focused on reducing technical complexity.
Responsibilities
- Build software for real-time data ingestion and event processing.
- Develop systems for early warning and operational continuity.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and risk automation flows.
- Collaborate through pair programming and constant knowledge sharing.
- Perform continuous refactoring and frequent production releases.
- Review design decisions constantly to maintain system simplicity.
- Work in an event-driven architecture using TypeScript end-to-end.
- Provide technical feedback and participate in cross-functional collaboration.
