Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Significant experience building production web applications.
- Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Experience with at least one backend language: PHP, Python, Java, Go, etc.
- Experience building responsive or mobile-first web experiences.
- Experience designing and integrating with server-side APIs.
- Attention to performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Experience working in a self-driven, lean environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium complexity initiatives from discovery to delivery.
- Improve mobile web and app product experiences.
- Design and build accessible, scalable web components.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and data pipelines.
- Partner with product, design, and native mobile engineers.
- Identify high-impact technical opportunities and risks.
- Mentor team members through code reviews and pairing.
- Foster standards in testing, documentation, and observability.
