Requirements

- Success building and deploying in secure, multi-tenant cloud environments.
- Experience designing unified data stacks for real-time synchronization.
- Track record of developing autonomous AI agents (LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI).
- Experience building pipelines for text, telemetry, and unstructured audio data.
- Proficiency in agent-based models and Reinforcement Learning.
- Deep expertise in LLMs and vector databases for contextual memory.
- Ability to manage technical debt and architectural trade-offs independently.
- Experience navigating technical/security constraints of regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build AI-driven tools from scratch for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Execute multi-cloud governance structures for operational discipline.
- Create advanced full-stack orchestration for real-time decision support.
- Design and implement high-concurrency backend engines.
- Architect asynchronous APIs for live, multi-modal data ingestion.
- Collaborate across all business departments.
- Employ stateful system design to drive predictive outcomes.
- Ensure cloud-agnostic application performance and portability.
