Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
- 5+ years of engineering management experience overseeing ML/Data teams.
- Proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining models at scale.
- Experience in ad-tech preferred.
- Deep understanding of modern ML frameworks.
- Experience with data architecture and cloud ecosystems (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
- Ability to guide architectural decisions and review system designs.
- Exceptional communication skills to present to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in team building and upskilling engineers.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Machine Learning and Data Engineers.
- Define the ML roadmap in alignment with broader product and engineering goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models from data pipelining to deployment.
- Partner tightly with Software Development teams, Program Management, and executive leadership.
- Streamline workflows, manage technical debt, ensure data quality, and guarantee on-time delivery of data products.
- Audit existing ML models and data pipelines to understand system behavior.
- Identify and ship production-ready improvements that deliver performance gains.
- Establish a rigorous, repeatable experimentation and deployment framework.
