Job Details

Experience designing and operating production automation in enterprise SaaS environments.
Deep working knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub, AWS, and Atlassian.
Understanding of REST APIs and authentication patterns (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
Familiarity with integration tools like Postman, Tray, Zapier, GAM, and Terraform.
Programming proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Go, Groovy).
Hands-on experience with RBAC and SOX compliance automation.
Experience with IaC frameworks like Terraform.
Daily practical experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for coding and debugging.
Strong written communication skills for documentation.
Ability to troubleshoot and modify existing low-code workflows.

Design and maintain SOX control automation to reduce manual IT workload.
Build API-driven integrations for SaaS and infrastructure stacks (Okta, AWS, GitHub, Atlassian).
Extend RBAC and access governance tooling for automated provisioning and reviews.
Develop AI- and agent-based workflows using LLM-powered agents.
Extend workflow systems (Jira, GitHub, AWS) to eliminate manual handoffs.
Manage transitions between low-code (Tray), code (AWS Lambda), and AI-driven workflows.
Develop automated monitoring and self-remediation systems.
Maintain documentation and mentor teammates on scalable automation.
Participate in on-call rotations.
