Experience: 7+ years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or industrial operations; 3+ years of leadership/management experience

Requirements

7+ years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or industrial operations.
3+ years of leadership/management experience.
Strong knowledge of utility-scale renewable operations (BESS, solar, or similar).
Proven experience managing contractors, OEMs, and field operations.
Experience with BESS systems, EMS/SCADA platforms, and inverter technologies.
Familiarity with ERCOT, CAISO, PJM, or other ISO/RTO markets.
Knowledge of NERC compliance and CIP requirements.
Strong technical troubleshooting capability.
Contract and vendor management expertise.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Champion a strong safety culture and ensure regional compliance with regulatory standards.
Accountable for regional asset availability, reliability, and operational performance.
Oversee troubleshooting of complex system issues including HV, BESS, SCADA, BMS, and inverters.
Coordinate with OEMs to optimize preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
Manage O&M contractors and service providers to ensure contractual and performance accountability.
Support regional O&M budgets, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Collaborate with Construction to ensure smooth project turnover and commissioning.
Provide daily reporting on asset performance, risks, and operational priorities.
