Requirements
- Solid experience as a Compliance officer (2nd line of defense) in a regulated financial institution in Switzerland and/or Liechtenstein
- Experience with MLRO responsibilities or similar
- Experience in engaging with Swiss and Liechtenstein regulatory authorities
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations such as MiCAR, AML/CTF, market abuse, data privacy
- A relevant degree, preferably in business or law
- Extensive experience in implementation of monitoring and control processes
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to Switzerland and Liechtenstein by developing and implementing the policies and procedures
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and elaborating an annual compliance plan
- Developing and implementing a plan of second-line controls and conducting the tests
- Assessing future business activities to identify potential compliance risks
- Acting as a focal point for the firm’s AML activity (MLRO)
- Representing Keyrock CH and LI in all matters of money laundering prevention internally and externally
- Serving as a subject matter expert on AML/CTF matters
- Drafting of compliance points of attention and recommendations
