Requirements
- 7+ years experience in consulting, technical delivery, or customer-facing roles
- Experience with platform migrations and frontend web implementations
- Understanding of modern web architectures (agentic systems, composable architectures)
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
- Proven track record in post-sales delivery and account expansion
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sales Professional Services engagements
- Define success criteria and delivery plans for customers
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Partner with account teams to scope and solution migration programs
- Develop customer proposals and statements of work (SOWs)
- Contribute to new service offerings and delivery frameworks
- Mentor team members and refine delivery processes
