Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Cybersecurity or 4+ years direct experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
- Extensive knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST 800-53.
- Strong logical security skills and cloud security experience.
- Understanding of AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.
- Experience with DevOps and IaaS security integration.
- Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Jumpcloud, Microsoft Endpoint manager, and Hexnode.
- Customer service experience.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Cloud+, CySA+, CISSP, or CISM certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare agendas and reference documents for meetings with clients.
- Build and manage cyber security programs based on industry standards.
- Configure performance monitoring and security alarms in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Set up mobile device management applications.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident response/disaster recovery exercises.
- Translate regulatory controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) into actionable tasks.
- Perform employee access reviews and vendor security assessments.
- Draft information security policies and maintain compliance evidence.
- Lead engagement meetings with auditors.
- Educate client employees on security best practices.
